HOW TOAPPLY TO BUSITEMA UNIVERSITY

PREREQUISITES 

  1. To apply to Busitema University, submit your application online through the ACMIS Online Application Portal. 
  2. You will need a valid email, phone number, and a stable internet connection. 
  3. Be prepared to pay a non-refundable application fee (typically UGX 55,000 for East Africans and UGX 82,500 for Non-East Africans). 

Follow these steps to complete the application process: 

STEP 1: Review the Requirements and Deadlines 

  • Check the “Busitema University Admissions” page to find the current academic year's Call for Applications. 
  • Review the Minimum Requirements for your specific degree, diploma, or certificate program (e.g., A-level qualifications, relevant diplomas). 

STEP 2: Create an Account and Apply 

  • Go to the ACMIS Online Application Portal. 
  • Click on "Register Account" and fill in your basic details (phone number and email). 
  • Log in, select your program, and carefully fill out the digital application form.  

STEP 3: Pay the Application Fee 

• Pay the required non-refundable application fee directly through the system using the provided payment methods (such as mobile money or bank payment details generated by the portal).  

STEP 4: Check Admission Status 

  • After the application deadline, check the portal regularly or visit Busitema University Admission Lists to see the provisional admission lists. 
  • Successful applicants can print their admission letters directly from the portal.
