Prerequisites 

1.You must have applied to Busitema University 

2.Your name must be on the admission list published by Busitema University STEPS: 

Location to all Busitema Campuses. the maps to each campus should be drawn when asked

PREREQUISITES 

1. To apply to Busitema University, submit your application online through the ACMIS Online Application Portal. 
2. You will need a valid email, phone number, and a stable internet connection. 
3. Be prepared to pay a non-refundable application fee (typically UGX 55,000 for East Africans and UGX 82,500 for Non-East Africans).

STEP 1: Review the Requirements and Deadlines 

The evaluation form can be editted while the student is still filling in the form. However, when the student submits the form, he or she can not edit it again.

There are two ways of getting Accommodation in Busitema University; Campus accommodation consists of university-managed rooms allocated within the university premises both for males and females, the costs are indicated in the student portal and official university fee structures. Private hostels are located outside the various campuses that are owned by private business enterprises. Students always face a challenge with having wrong biography on their portals for example: 

1. Incorrect date of birth 
2. Incorrect name spellings 
3. Issue with details having Lower case and uppercases and many more. 

For such cases, please reach out to the Faculty Registrar of your campus for assistance. 

1. Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet. 2. Log in to the Busitema student portal by typing https://myportal.busitema.ac.ug/. 3. Go to payments and then my transactions. 4. Enter the PRN (Payment reference Number) that you used to make the payment. 5. Enter the amount you want to allocate. 6. Click CHECK STATUS. The system will pull the payment and update your account. 7. In case you have deposited the tuition directly on the student portal account then go on allocating.
