Steps 

1. Make sure your laptop or a phone is connected to internet. 
2. Type https://busitema.ac.ug fees structure in your Google browse. 
3. Select the specific year you would like to know about. 

You will see lists of different courses and their fees structure. 

Some contact details are tied to your student records and may only be changed by the Academic Registry staff or ICT

1. Contact the ICT Help Desk
2. Provide your student number, old phone number
3. Explain why the change is needed
4. Be ready to identify you identity

• Reach out to the lecturer of the specific course unit having missing marks. 
• U will be guided by your respective lecturer. 

1. Make sure you are connected to internet. 2. Log in to the student portal by typing https://myportal.busitema.ac.ug/. 3. Take the screenshots of the missing information or any error messages displayed on the portal. 4. Report the issue to your Faculty Academic Registrar or the ICT officer

How to locate Evaluation Questions on the student portal

1.Must be a student of Busitema University 

2.Must have a registration number or student’s number

1.You must have applied to Busitema University 

2.Your name must be on the admission list published by Busitema University STEPS: 

PREREQUISITES 

1. To apply to Busitema University, submit your application online through the ACMIS Online Application Portal. 
2. You will need a valid email, phone number, and a stable internet connection. 
3. Be prepared to pay a non-refundable application fee (typically UGX 55,000 for East Africans and UGX 82,500 for Non-East Africans).
