The evaluation form can be editted while the student is still filling in the form. However, when the student submits the form, he or she can not edit it again.

There are two ways of getting Accommodation in Busitema University; Campus accommodation consists of university-managed rooms allocated within the university premises both for males and females, the costs are indicated in the student portal and official university fee structures. Private hostels are located outside the various campuses that are owned by private business enterprises. Accommodation fees and related charges vary depending on the type of accommodation you want depending on the owner. NB: For more information you can reach out the campus warden or the custodian

Students always face a challenge with having wrong biography on their portals for example: 

  1. Incorrect date of birth 
  2. Incorrect name spellings 
  3. Issue with details having Lower case and uppercases and many more. 

For such cases, please reach out to the Faculty Registrar of your campus for assistance.

1. Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet. 2. Log in to the Busitema student portal by typing https://myportal.busitema.ac.ug/. 3. Go to payments and then my transactions. 4. Enter the PRN (Payment reference Number) that you used to make the payment. 5. Enter the amount you want to allocate. 6. Click CHECK STATUS. The system will pull the payment and update your account. 7. In case you have deposited the tuition directly on the student portal account then go on allocating.

  • Reach out to the lecturer of the specific course unit having missing marks. 
  • U will be guided by your respective lecturer.

1. Login in to your students portal as usual. Make sure that you have the PRN that you used to pay the money. 

2. Go to PAYMENTS, the click on MY TRANSACTION

3. Click on the CHECK PRN STATUS tab and enter your PRN (The one you used to pay the money)

4. Click on CHECK STATUS button. 

This will pull the payment manually and it will reflect after refreshing your portal.

This guide will help you register for the different course units you are doing in a particular semester and for missed or retake papers. To get started, make sure you are logged into your student’s portal. 

Step 1: If you are on a different tab, click on the “ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION” tab. 

Step 2: Click on Registration to see the available course units
